Carlos E. Castro is the director of Caran Properties’ Leasing Department, responsible for the renting of investor-owned residential properties. He serves as the liaison between residents, the management company and the owner.

Carlos also is a financial analyst and develops spreadsheets for the analysis of real estate investments so Caran Properties can evaluate a building’s potential and properly budget for future improvements.

Prior to joining Caran Properties, Carlos was an assistant portfolio manager at Interfid Capital Corporation, where he maintained the accounting of client portfolios, monitored cash flow and acted as a liaison between management and Spanish-speaking clients in South America.

He is a licensed real estate salesperson He received a B.B.A. from Hofstra University
