Mark Elias is a Leasing Agent for Caran Properties, specializing in renting investor-owned apartments. He has an extensive knowledge of the Upper West Side.

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations for several companies in which he was a principal. Before joining Caran Properties in 2002, Mark was president of the New York Sourcing Group, a company that provided outsourcing support for manufacturers.

Mark brings to Caran Properties the philosophy of dynamic personal service and attention to clients’ needs that he developed in his business career. He knows the market and his excellent people skills and warm sense of humor put clients at ease.

He and his wife are longtime residents of the Upper West Side and involved in various community activities. They have three children.

Mark is a licensed real estate salesperson. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
